I just ran across a great article on Pick The Brain featuring 10 Quotes On Anger written by Alden Tan. I’ve featured the first quote in the graphic above:

We are used to the idea that we can be addicted to things such as drugs, food, shopping, etc., but we can be just as addicted to our emotions by practicing certain emotional patterns (such as anger) repeatedly. I touch on this subject in my new e-book and will be exploring this idea in future posts.
